Going, Going, GONE!

Well, that's all folks! E has gone off to her first overseas teaching post... actually, since she did Summer School in Shanghai for two years, this is the second, or third. But this is the first "real" two-year overseas position. Cool, eh?

Household shipment went from Fremont in June, the two kitties are settled in here at the farm, and E is on her way to Frankfurt... then off to Kuwait and her new "home". The adventure begins - teaching overseas has been Erin's big dream since BEFORE she entered the credential program at Domincan University. I'm really proud of her follow-through in locating a job, doing the interviews, dealing with red-tape, and finally heading out. California is in such economic and educational turmoil I think she was smart to take this next step in her teaching career. I remember an animated Disney Dinosaur movie where one little guy finally figured out that he was an airborne Dinosaur and said "I FLYED! I FLYED!" Yep, E... you really did "Flyed".
